These terms apply to your use of Wallpaper Foundry, including browsing the website and downloading wallpapers. By using the website, you agree to them.

1. The service

Wallpaper Foundry lets you browse and download phone wallpapers free of charge. No account is needed.

2. Personal use

You may download wallpapers and use them as the wallpaper or lock screen on your own devices, for personal, non-commercial purposes. This permission is non-exclusive and cannot be transferred. It does not give you any rights beyond what is described in these terms.

3. What is not allowed

• Redistribution: uploading downloaded wallpapers to other websites, apps or wallpaper collections, or passing them on in bulk. Sharing a link to a wallpaper's page is welcome.
• Resale: selling or licensing wallpapers, or using them in paid products, merchandise or print-on-demand offers.
• Bulk downloading: downloading large numbers of wallpapers systematically or in a short time. Download the wallpapers you actually want to use.
• Automated scraping: using bots, crawlers or scripts to collect wallpapers or data from the website. This does not apply to search engines that follow our robots.txt, or to link previews created when a page is shared.
• Hotlinking: embedding our image files or download links directly on other websites or in apps. Link to the wallpaper's page instead.
• Abuse of the service: overloading the website, getting around technical limits, probing it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or otherwise interfering with its operation.

If these rules are broken, we may limit or block access to the website, for example by blocking requests from automated tools.

4. Availability of downloads

The service is provided free of charge. We aim to keep it available, but we cannot guarantee that the website or any individual download is available at all times or free of errors. We may change, limit or discontinue the service or parts of it, temporarily or permanently.

5. Changes to content

We may add, update or remove wallpapers, collections and other content from the service at any time.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law remains unaffected.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the service changes. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version published here at the time of your use applies.
